What is the difference between ANNUAL, QUARTERLY, MONTHLY, or ONE-OFF payments?

The terms ANNUAL, QUARTERLY, MONTHLY, and ONE-OFF are linked to the duration you wish to pay upfront for. For example, the total duration of a course may be 15 months, and you may decide you want to make payment for it on a monthly basis (monthly) or perhaps you’d rather pay every three months (quarterly), pay upfront for the first 12 months (annually), or indeed you’d prefer to pay for the whole 15 months upfront (one-off) so you have the peace of mind that you have secured your spot and set on your way to a world of discoveries and exemplary knowledge acquisition.

The major difference in these payment plans is the derived value in pricing for you and the positive global impact your ANNUAL and ONE-OFF subscriptions make to easing long-term strategic planning for the achievement of our Vision 2030, which allows us to work with you, together, making the world a much better place. Our ANNUAL and ONE-OFF payment plans offer the BEST VALUE to you as EACH session attracts only a meager fee of £2.50. Please visit OUR PLANS page to see more comparisons of the different plans.

We hope you choose to make a long-term commitment to us by subscribing to our ANNUAL or ONE-TIME plans so that TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

What type of account should I create: INDIVIDUAL or FAMILY?

Individual accounts are suitable for persons 18 years of age and above who do NOT wish to have a person under the age of 18 connected to their account.

Family accounts, on the other hand, are suitable for persons 18 years and above who wish to have individuals below the age of 18 connected to their account. The person who is 18 years old or over will be the MAIN ACCOUNT HOLDER while the individual(s) under 18, who could be their child(ren) or ward will EACH need to have a sub-account created. A sub-account is to be created for EACH person(s) under 18.

What is a sub-account?

A sub-account is a child/ward account created by a main account holder. Sub-accounts are connected to a main account. A main account holder MUST be at least 18 years of age.

How are learning sessions structured in The Knowledge Hub?

Total Allocated Time for a Session: 1 hour

  • Next 40 minutes – Teaching
  • Last 10 minutes – Q & A (Questions and Answers)

During the first 10 minutes, participants will be able to ask questions related to prior learning, so they gain required clarifications.

The next 40 minutes will be devoted to teaching. During this period, participants can use the ’Chat’ function to ask the facilitator questions related to the topic being taught. The facilitator will aim to answer these questions and in cases where this is not possible within the allocated time, we will endeavour to provide answers after the session. Post-session answers provided will be available for Premium members to access.

The last 10 minutes will be devoted to answering questions, so, children and young people’s misconceptions on taught topic can be addressed and good knowledge gained. At the start of the next session, further clarity will again be drawn on the topic to ensure great assimilation of disseminated knowledge.

Must I switch on my video during live lessons?

No, not at all. We leave it to you as a parent to decide. The same goes for our Individual accounts.
