Want to develop or improve your child(ren)’s awareness on world issues? Would you like them to gain invaluable skills which may be vital for their future career?
Our Global Delegates course, delivered in partnership with Universal Education Aid, may just be what they need. Embarking on the journey to become a KP Global Delegate allows children to form and share opinions about global affairs covering politics, education, history, world events, and so on with other children and young people from different backgrounds.
These sessions also provide good opportunity for children to improve their public speaking skills while encouraging them to become passionate about varying global issues.
At the end of the course, there will be an End of Unit Assessment which will require children to present a portfolio of 'work'. This assessment is specifically designed for ‘Annual’ subscribers as they would have committed to a full year programme and so gained the knowledge required for the award of Global Delegates status.
The Pass Mark for the Assessment is 70% with special considerations given to children with special educational needs (proof required). Children who pass the Assessment will be issued with a certificate for the level completed.
An additional fee of £50 applies for assessment and issue of certificate. This is payable before the commencement of assessment procedure.
